Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to lead and expand our business in Jodhpur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in aluminum doors and windows manufacturing or sales. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the fenestration or building materials industry, especially with a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets across the assigned territory.
- Develop strong relationships with architects, builders, dealers, contractors, and project consultants.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and institutional segments.
- Regularly visit project sites, client offices, and partners to maintain engagement.
- Conduct product presentations and promote Alfen's premium aluminium solutions.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and suggest strategies to improve market share.
- Collaborate with the design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain updated records of leads, opportunities, and sales reports using CRM tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience.
- Priority to candidates with experience in the aluminium doors/windows, uPVC, glass, façade, or building materials industry.
- Strong network of architects, builders, and interior consultants in Jodhpur.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
