Job Description
SR Resins & Chemicals is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our resin production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with plant workers to achieve production targets.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities in the plant
Monitor batch operations and raw material usage
Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
Coordinate with operators to maintain smooth plant operations
Maintain production records and shift reports
Identify and resolve production or equipment issues
Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety
Requirements
Diploma / Polytechnic in Chemical, Mechanical, or Production
3–5 years experience in manufacturing / chemical industry preferred
Basic knowledge of production processes and plant operations
Ability to manage shop floor workers and shifts
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
