Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and manufacturing solutions using SolidWorks.
- Create 3D models, detailed engineering drawings, and BOMs.
- Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and gauges as per production and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
- Modify and improve existing designs to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design.
- Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks software.
- Good understanding and hands-on experience in Jigs, Fixtures, and Gauges Design.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and fabrication techniques.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
Preferred:
- Experience in machining, and assembly design.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
