Job Requirements

We are seeking a talented and creative Web & Graphics Designer (UX/UI) to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in shaping the digital experience of our jewellery division by combining strong user experience design, front-end development, and graphic design skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in user-centered design, possess AI generative design capabilities, and have solid experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive design.

You will work closely with our marketing, branding, and development teams to deliver visually stunning and functionally effective web and mobile user interfaces that align with our brand identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

UX/UI Design
Conduct user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping.
Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Design and implement responsive UI for websites, landing pages, and mobile applications.
Apply user-centered design principles to improve product usability and accessibility.
Web & Front-End Development
Develop responsive web designs using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.
Optimize website performance, loading speed, and user flow.
Graphics Design
Create visually appealing graphics, banners, icons, and marketing materials for web and print.
Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all digital and print mediums.
AI & Generative Design
Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E) to generate creative visual content.
Stay up to date with emerging design and AI trends to bring innovative solutions to the team.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, branding, product, and development.
Present design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders to iterate accordingly.

Work Experience

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in e-commerce or retail sectors.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects with a user-centric approach.
Experience in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.
