We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage multiple client accounts, develop effective social media strategies, and drive engagement, growth, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and campaign concepts.
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, videographers, and other creative team members.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Analyze engagement, reach, followers, and other key social media metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, formats, and platform features.
- Communicate with clients regarding social media activities, content planning, and approvals.
- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas to improve audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Ensure that all content is aligned with the client's brand identity and marketing objectives.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Good knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong creative thinking and awareness of current social media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads is an added advantage.
