Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Senior Executive – Business Development (Corporate Communication) who can build strong corporate relationships, generate new business opportunities, and manage strategic communication with clients.
The candidate will play a key role in expanding Vision PR’s corporate portfolio and strengthening long-term partnerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new corporate clients across industries
- Generate leads for ATL, BTL, digital marketing, exhibitions, and event projects
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitch proposals
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and commercial negotiations
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Corporate Communication
- Maintain strong communication with CXOs, Marketing Heads, and Corporate Decision Makers
- Understand client branding & marketing requirements
- Coordinate with internal creative, operations, and event teams
- Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
Strategy & Reporting
- Develop BD strategies for market expansion
- Maintain CRM records and reporting
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (Gujarati is an advantage)
- Excellent presentation & negotiation skills
- Strong corporate networking ability
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional personality and corporate etiquette
Eligibility Criteria
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales / Marketing / PR
- Experience in Advertising Agency, Event Management, Branding Agency, or Corporate Sales preferred
- MBA in Marketing preferred (but not mandatory for strong performers)
Work Structure (Hybrid Model)
- Minimum 3–4 days from office
- Client meetings & field visits as required
- Limited remote working flexibility based on performance
