Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve user experience and system efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience in designing and implementing low-code solutions to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management including release and version control.
- Ability to integrate packaged applications with external systems using APIs and connectors.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
