Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Executive with a background in civil/construction to handle client interactions, lead generation, and project coordination. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, communicating with clients, and supporting smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, site visits, and online platforms.
Communicate with potential clients and understand requirements.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into projects.
Coordinate between clients and internal project teams.
Maintain client database and track leads.
Assist in preparing quotations and basic project proposals.
Support ongoing project communication and updates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (Civil Engineering ).
1–4 years of experience in business development / operations / construction.
Basic understanding of construction projects and terminology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in client handling and negotiations.
Preferred Skills
Experience in construction or real estate field.
Knowledge of Kerala market and client network.
Sales mindset with good follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of estimation or project workflow.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives (Based on performance)
Hiring Timeframe
We are looking to fill this position within 1–2 weeks. Immediate joiners are preferred.
