Job Title: Junior HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update daily employee attendance records.
- Prepare and manage attendance master sheets.
- Maintain employee master data and HR databases.
- Handle employee profile documentation and personal files.
- Collect, verify, and organize joining documents of employees.
- Update employee records, including personal, educational, and employment details.
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Coordinate with departments for attendance and leave-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Support HR team in day-to-day administrative activities.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required by management.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all HR-related records.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in HR Administration or HR Operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
