We are hiring an experienced Data Centre Support Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, and Domain Controller management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure, troubleshooting Windows Server environments, implementing security patches, managing system updates, and providing onsite technical support to ensure the availability, security, and performance of critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Monitor server health, system performance, and infrastructure availability.
- Perform operating system updates, security patches, and software upgrades.
- Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, and operating system-related issues.
- Perform system recovery, backup restoration, and disaster recovery activities when required.
- Provide onsite technical support for server infrastructure and enterprise applications.
- Assist in integration of new applications with existing server infrastructure.
- Monitor system logs and resolve operating system and infrastructure issues.
- Support administration, monitoring, and policy management of secure server environments.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and application owners for issue resolution.
- Conduct basic user training and provide technical assistance to end users.
- Maintain documentation of incidents, configurations, and maintenance activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, Electronics) or MCA.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Windows Server Administration, Data Centre Support, or System Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Domain Controller administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified (MCSA/MCSE/Windows Server) or equivalent OEM Certification.
- Experience working in Enterprise Data Centre environments.
- Knowledge of secure infrastructure and server monitoring tools.
Pay: ₹46,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
