Job Summary :
We are seeking an enthusiastic Tele Calling Executive to join our growth team. You will be the vital first point of contact for aspiring students. Your core objective is to reach out to students who have inquired about studying abroad and convince them to visit our Begumpet office for a free face-to-face expert counseling session.
Key Responsibilities :
- Outbound Calling: Make 80 to 100 calls daily to pre-qualified leads and online student inquiries.
- Profile Qualification: Connect with students to understand their academic background, budget, and target study destinations.
- Appointment Booking: Schedule office appointments for students and their parents with our senior counselors.
- Strict Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups via phone calls and WhatsApp to ensure high walk-in show-up rates.
- Data Management: Daily update call statuses and logs inside our Excel sheets or CRM software.
Requirements & Skills :
- Communication: Clear, polite, and persuasive telephone etiquette.
- Languages: English, Telugu & Hindi
- Mindset: Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of handling daily calling metrics.
- Tech Comfort: Basic knowledge of operating computers and spreadsheets.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
