- Proficiency in Hindi, English and Tamil required
- Understand customer needs and choose the right products.
- Stay updated on market trends and buy new/trending items.
- Select products based on price, age, size, and store location needs (with Merchandiser/GM).
- Manage buying budgets as per Open-to-Buy (OTB).
- Maintain a balanced assortment of core, seasonal, and new products.
- Source and onboard new suppliers/brands.
- Negotiate prices, margins, credit terms, and promotions.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Track vendor performance, fill rates, and deliveries.
- Resolve quality or supply issues quickly.
- Negotiation and Selling skills needed
- 3- 5 years of experiencein Kids Retail fashion and toys.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
