Business Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and market trends.

Client Acquisition: Identify, acquire, and build strong relationships with new clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand market reach.

Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance, meet sales targets, and enhance business development capabilities.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, analyze trends, and stay ahead of industry developments.

Proposal & Presentations: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that communicate AirBrick’s value proposition to potential clients.

Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of business development strategies, and adjust approaches as needed.

Experience: 10-12 years of experience in business development or sales in the Design & Build industry, with a proven track record of success.

Architecture Background: Strong architectural knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and industry professionals.

Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to lead sales teams, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the commercial design and build industry, including market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience working with large-scale commercial design projects.
