Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Explain ongoing and upcoming real estate projects to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property options.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain lead conversion records.
- Maintain and update customer data internal databases.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to property sales and provide accurate information.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure a professional communication experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in customer service/sales (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over calls for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel systems will be an added advantage.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Professional communication style.
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
- Experience in lead generation and follow-up processes.
- Interest in sales and the real estate industry preferred.
