- Role Purpose: Deliver effective mathematics instruction to middle/secondary school students, focusing on conceptual understanding and problem-solving in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics (Pass/Hons) from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a TGT Mathematics teacher in a reputed school, specifically within the CBSE framework.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging daily lesson plans (aligned with CBSE).
- Utilize modern technology, including smart boards, ERP systems, and AI tools in the classroom.
- Assess student performance through regular tests, quizzes, and homework.
- Identify student learning gaps and provide remedial classes or enrichment activities.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.
- Communicate student progress with parents through Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
