Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head – Interior Design to lead and manage commercial interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously.
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from design approval to final handover.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and project schedules.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Supervise site engineers, project coordinators, and execution teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues promptly.
- Monitor procurement, material deliveries, and subcontractor performance.
- Prepare project progress reports and participate in client review meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in interior fit-out project execution, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and retail interior projects.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in retail showroom, office, hospitality, or commercial interior projects.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent planning, budgeting, and team management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
