We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer / Technical Lead who is passionate about building scalable applications, mentoring developers, and contributing to product-focused engineering initiatives.
Responsibilties
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python.
- Build robust APIs, backend services, and integrations.
- Work with modern Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Review code and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams.
- Contribute to AI-powered features, automation workflows, and innovation initiatives.
- Support technical hiring and team growth when required.
Required Skills
- 5 years of professional software development experience and 2 years Team Handling.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
- Experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend development.
- Experience with SQL databases and database optimization.
- Understanding of system design, application architecture, caching, and performance optimization.
- Experience leading projects, mentoring developers, or driving technical initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Exposure to AI/LLM-based applications or AI-assisted development.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, or RDS.
- Experience with SaaS product development.
- Familiarity with message queues and distributed systems.
- Exposure to Frappe / ERPNext.
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
