About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant – B2B Sales to support and drive business development activities, manage key client relationships, and ensure smooth coordination across sales operations. The role involves supporting strategic sales initiatives, handling client communication, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior management in driving B2B sales growth and achieving business targets.
- Manage and coordinate relationships with key B2B clients, distributors, institutional buyers, and corporate accounts.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, quotations, and sales reports.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication with prospective and existing clients.
- Track sales performance, customer requirements, and market opportunities.
- Ensure timely processing of purchase orders (POs), agreements, and client documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of orders and client requirements.
- Maintain MIS reports, sales data, and client records for management review.
- Support negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract coordination.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation initiatives.
- Assist in planning and execution of exhibitions, trade events, and business meetings.
Required Candidate Profile
- 7–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Sales Coordination, or Key Account Management.
- Experience in FMCG, Private Labelling, Manufacturing, or Consumer Products industry preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes, commercial documentation, and client handling.
- Hands-on experience in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM systems preferred.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and highly organized professional.
