We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage and
execute digital marketing activities across multiple channels. This is a full-stack digital marketing role covering
SEO, Paid Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Analytics, and Lead Generation.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT, Software, or SaaS marketing and possess strong
analytical and communication skills.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Monitor and track keyword rankings across target markets.
- Perform on-page SEO activities including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and directory submissions.
- Analyze competitors using SEO tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs.
- Monitor Google Search Console for indexing, coverage issues, and sitemap health.
- Improve website authority, page rankings, and organic traffic.
- Define and execute organic growth roadmap across traditional search (Google) and Generative/Answer Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO like Perplexity, ChatGPT Search).
- Use agentic coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to automate SEO tasks, internal linking, and content research.
- 2. Paid Advertising (PPC)
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max).
- Manage paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- Execute LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
- Perform A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages.
- Set up conversion tracking and remarketing campaigns.
- 3. Social Media Marketing
- Manage company social media profiles including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging social media posts, reels, carousels, and videos.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports.
- 4. Content Marketing & Website Management
- Coordinate with content writers for blogs, landing pages, and website content.
- Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and conversion-focused.
- Prepare content briefs and marketing copies.
- Coordinate with developers for website updates and SEO improvements.
- Maintain and update website content regularly.
- 5. Analytics & Reporting
- Generate weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
- Analyze website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance.
- Use Google Analytics 4 and other reporting tools for insights.
- Present actionable recommendations to management.
- Track marketing ROI and conversion performance.

- Experience Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in IT, Software, SaaS, or Technology companies is preferred.
- Proven experience in independently managing at least two digital marketing channels.
