Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on HR Manager — the first dedicated HR leader in our U.S. organization — to establish and streamline HR operations, compliance, and culture across the company. This foundational role will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to build People function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities

Build and implement HR processes across hiring, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement.

Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team on organizational design, role definition, and workforce planning.

Lead end-to-end recruitment operations for U.S. roles — clinical, operations, technology, and sales.

Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment regulations, payroll processes, and HR documentation.

Develop and manage benefits programs, employee handbooks, and company-wide HR policies.

Implement HR systems and data processes for tracking headcount, performance, and retention.

Partner with our India operations HR to create consistent company-wide people practices and culture.

Drive initiatives that enhance engagement, recognition, and professional development.

Serve as a trusted advisor and culture ambassador across the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within fast-growing startups or healthcare technology organizations.
- Solid knowledge of U.S. labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
- Proven experience setting up HR systems and policies from scratch.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence senior leadership.
- Highly organized, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and startup mindset.
