Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive with prior EdTech experience to drive student enrollments and business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, counseling, and sales skills with a proven ability to convert leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve admission targets
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities
- Conduct telephonic and in-person consultations with potential candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and stakeholders
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to support lead conversion
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and education events when required
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of EdTech experience (mandatory)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Ability to handle student counseling and admissions processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused
