Job Title: Commis Chef I (Commis 1) – Hot Line
We're hiring a Commis 1 to support our Hot Line section — pasta, grilled sandwiches, and hot items (excluding pizza).
What you'll do:
- Assist in preparing and cooking pasta dishes, sandwiches, and hot line items under DCDP guidance
- Complete daily mise en place (chopping, portioning, prepping ingredients)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station throughout service
- Follow recipes and plating standards consistently
- Store and label ingredients properly, following FIFO practices
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen protocols
- Support other stations as needed during peak service
What we're looking for:
- 2-3 years' kitchen experience
- Basic knowledge of kitchen prep, cooking techniques, and food safety
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods
- Team player with flexible availability (evenings/weekends)
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
