Job Description
KGiSL Educational Institutions is seeking a passionate and qualified Assistant Professor in Commerce to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence and institutional growth.
Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate Commerce subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
Mentor and guide students in academic and project-related activities.
Conduct examinations, evaluations, and maintain academic records.
Participate in curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
Contribute to research activities, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
Support institutional accreditation and quality enhancement processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com.) – Mandatory
NET/SET qualification will be an added advantage.
Previous teaching experience in higher education institutions is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills
Strong subject knowledge in Commerce and related disciplines.
Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching platforms.
Research aptitude and academic writing skills.
