Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company located in the heart of Gurugram, India. We are a team of focused, determined, and enthusiastic professionals with expertise in managing parking spaces. We can deter unauthorized parking in commercial property, residential areas, and other places. We also provide Operation Support to Euro Parking Services.
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that support our operational and business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across both frontend and backend development, be comfortable working with PostgreSQL databases, and possess a working knowledge of Python for AI and computer vision-related integrations.
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Building responsive and user-friendly interfaces using TailwindCSS and shadcn/ui.
- Implementing client-side routing using wouter and managing server-state with TanStack Query.
- Developing and maintaining backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express, and TypeScript.
- Designing, optimizing, and managing PostgreSQL databases to support operational workflows and business processes.
- Creating and maintaining database schemas, migrations, and deployments using Drizzle ORM and Drizzle Kit.
- Implementing data validation and type-safe API contracts using Zod.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving application performance issues.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best development practices.
- Supporting AI and computer vision integrations by working with Python-based services where required.
- Participating in code reviews, testing, deployment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitoring application performance and ensuring system reliability and security.
- Contributing to technical architecture discussions and product enhancements.
Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with React and modern frontend development practices.
- Hands-on experience with TailwindCSS and component-based UI development.
- Experience working with Node.js and Express.js.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and maintenance.
- Experience using Drizzle ORM, Drizzle Kit, or similar ORM technologies.
- Knowledge of Zod or other validation frameworks.
- Familiarity with Vite build tooling and modern development workflows.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and full-stack application architecture.
- Working knowledge of Python, particularly for AI, machine learning, or computer vision-related projects.
- Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
Experience Required:
- 5-8 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
