We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries and provide effective solutions via calls, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat support
- Understand customer issues and provide timely and accurate resolutions
- Maintain follow-ups and ensure clear communication with customers
- Coordinate with internal technical and support teams when required
- Update customer records and interaction details in the system
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements & Qualifications
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently
- Graduation completed or pursuing (any stream)
- Basic computer knowledge and interest in the IT industry
- Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role
