Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently met. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent planning abilities, and a hands-on approach to driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet output targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor production schedules and optimize manpower, machines, and resources.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Minimize downtime by ensuring timely maintenance and quick resolution of production issues.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to maintain a high-performance work environment.
- Maintain inventory control and ensure efficient material utilization.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality systems, inventory management, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
