Job Title: Trainer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Trainer to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and a passion for learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs for employees.
Conduct onboarding and induction sessions for new hires.
Identify training needs through assessments, performance reviews, and stakeholder feedback.
Create training materials, presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Maintain training records, attendance, and certification documentation.
Collaborate with department managers to develop role-specific training plans.
Stay updated on industry trends, learning methodologies, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory training requirements.
Experience : 5 to 8 yrs
