Job Description
The Client Relations Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring client satisfaction, addressing concerns professionally, and coordinating payment collections. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests politely and professionally.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and work towards making every client experience positive.
Regularly follow up with clients regarding project progress, service quality, and feedback.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and interactions.
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve client retention.
Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from customers.
Prepare and share payment reminders, collection reports, and account status updates.
Assist the sales and operations teams in maintaining smooth customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the company's growth by identifying opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in customer relations, client servicing, or account management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
Good negotiation and payment follow-up skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
