Role Summary
Provide operational support for Zoom Rooms, conference rooms, boardrooms, executive offices, training rooms, MPRs, and collaboration spaces. Support managed meetings and events while ensuring room readiness.
Key Responsibilities
AV Operations
- Support Zoom Rooms and conferencing systems.
- Troubleshoot audio, video, display, and connectivity issues.
- Perform daily room readiness checks.
- Provide executive meeting support.
Managed Events
- Conduct pre-event testing.
- Support live meetings and town halls.
- Execute run-of-show activities.
- Perform post-event restoration.
Asset Management
- Coordinate hardware replacements and RMAs.
- Track AV equipment lifecycle.
Technical Skills
Experience
- 3–6 years in Corporate AV Support
- 24x5 Rotational Shift
- Experience supporting executive boardrooms
