Job Description
We are looking for a creative and trend-oriented Fashion Designer specializing in Women's Ethnic Wear.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research fashion trends and market requirements.
- Develop innovative design concepts and seasonal collections.
- Create sketches, mood boards, tech packs, and design specifications.
- Coordinate with sampling and production teams for product development.
- Select suitable fabrics, trims, embellishments, and color combinations.
- Ensure designs align with brand positioning and customer preferences.
- Monitor sample development and provide design improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Fashion Design.
- 3–6 years of experience in Women's Ethnic Wear designing.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, prints, silhouettes, and garment construction.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
- Strong creativity and trend forecasting abilities.
Eligibility:
✔ Candidates currently working in Women's Ethnic Wear (Designer Dresses, Co-ord Sets, Anarkalis, Indo-Western Wear) are preferred.
❌ Candidates having experience only in Bridal Wear, Wedding Couture, or Heavy Bridal Collections will not be considered for this position.
