We are looking for a proactive and experienced Tele Sales Manager to lead and manage our telecalling team. The candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, monitoring daily sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups, and achieving lead conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the telecalling team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
- Track team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
- Ensure proper lead allocation and timely customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversions.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in managing a telecalling/inside sales team.
- Mandatory experience in B2B sales.
- Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting.
- Ability to train, motivate, and improve team performance.
Salary: Best in the industry, based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
