We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Consultant to generate qualified leads, assist customers in purchasing residential and commercial properties, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
- Negotiate and close property sales while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Coordinate with developers, CRM, and documentation teams throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
