Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care, supervise patient services, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality healthcare support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct skilled nursing visits and patient assessments
- Prepare and implement care plans and schedules
- Perform regular supervision as per assigned schedule
- Maintain medical records and daily activity logs
- Coordinate with Customer Care, Logistics, and Finance teams
- Report patient updates to Nursing Supervisor
- Handle personal care duties when assigned
- Make follow-up calls before and after visits
- Prepare and submit supervision reports on time
- Update records in CET application
- Conduct training sessions for staff as scheduled
- Attend meetings and provide regular status updates
- Suggest improvements for nursing and operational procedures
