Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead sales initiatives, develop marketing strategies, and drive business growth in the construction and real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in generating leads and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities Sales Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in construction and real estate markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, architects, consultants, and channel partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote construction projects and services.
- Plan and manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and property expos.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and project profiles.
- Strengthen the company's brand presence and market positioning.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team.
- Set individual and team performance targets and monitor achievements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and escalations effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure industries.
