About the Role
We are looking for a pleasant, friendly, and customer-focused CRM Executive to maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Make follow-up calls and collect customer feedback.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the sales team to resolve customer issues.
Requirements
- Pleasant personality with a smiling and positive attitude.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Tamil – Mandatory; English and Malayalam – Preferred.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Good listening, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates are preferred.
- Candidates with CRM experience in malls, jewellery showrooms, retail showrooms, or similar customer-facing roles are preferred.
- Candidates residing within 5–10 km of the showroom are preferred.
- Updated resume and recent photograph required with the application.
- Salary varies based on experience.
