Position: Guest Relations Executive
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Front Desk / Guest Relations / Hospitality industry
- Well-spoken with good communication skills in English
- Smart personality and professional grooming
- Confident, energetic, and guest-friendly attitude
- Ability to handle guest queries and ensure smooth guest experience
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
