Responsible for maintaining payroll related data in the payroll system.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Calculate final payments for resigned employees, including any outstanding entitlements and deductions.

Submit IR21 tax clearance applications for foreign employees leaving the company in accordance with tax regulations.

Manage and administer the time and attendance system, including updating work schedules and correcting overtime records.

Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes the time attendance report.

Handle employees’ payroll related queries through the ticketing system in a timely manner.

Maintain payroll operations in accordance with company policies and procedures, and recommend process improvements where applicable.

Support change requests whenever required.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year of experience in payroll administration. Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience for candidates with a Diploma qualification.

Good knowledge of HR processes and HR information systems (HRIS).

Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and timelines.

Experience in Singapore payroll administration is an added advantage.
