- Front Desk & Communication:Greet visitors, answer phone calls, handle incoming/outgoing mail, and manage correspondence.
- Administrative Support:Manage schedules and calendars, arrange travel, prepare reports, and create presentations.
- Supply Chain Management:Track, replenish, and order office supplies and inventory.
- Financial & Records Management:Perform basic bookkeeping (e.g., invoicing, expense tracking), update databases, and manage filing systems.
