Position Description: M365 and Exchange Engineer IV
Job Summary
The P4 Microsoft 365 and Email Engineer serves as the technical lead for the M365 and email engineering team. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange environments, as well as advanced knowledge of email systems and related technologies. The individual will provide strategic technical guidance, lead complex initiatives, and deliver daily coaching and support to junior engineers. This position is critical for ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms.
Provide expert-level support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and related components.
Typically requires 7+ years of professional experience, and expert level proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job.
Strong understanding and knowledge of Active Directory and Entra identity (Groups, Users, Security roles, etc.)
