*Tele caller* Location: Kazhakkootam Experience Required: 1+ Years Working Days & Time: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM *About the Role* We are looking for an energetic and confident Tele caller with experience in Real Estate Tele calling. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, following up with prospective clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. *Key Responsibilities* Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally Generate and qualify leads for the sales team Follow up with clients regularly and maintain customer relationships Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team Maintain accurate call records and customer databases Achieve daily and monthly calling targets Provide project details, pricing, and offers to customers *Mandatory Requirement* Candidates must have prior experience in Real Estate Tele calling *Required Skills* Good communication and convincing skills Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills Positive attitude and target-oriented approach Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently *Eligibility Criteria* Minimum 1 year of tele calling experience Experience in the real estate industry is mandatory Any degree/diploma preferred
