Role Overview
Responsible for customer engagement, retention & lifecycle marketing through personalized communication strategies and premium customer experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan & execute CRM strategies aligned with brand positioning
* Build lifecycle journeys – welcome, post-purchase, festive, reactivation etc.
* Develop customer segmentation & personalized campaigns
* Design retention & loyalty programs to increase repeat purchases
* Manage Email, WhatsApp, SMS & app notification campaigns
* Coordinate with design, marketing & customer support teams
* Enhance post-purchase experience & premium customer touchpoints
Requirements:
* 1–3 years experience in CRM / Retention Marketing / Lifecycle Marketing
* Background in Jewellery, Fashion, D2C or Premium Brands preferred
* Strong knowledge of customer segmentation & automation tools
* Analytical mindset with performance tracking skills
* Good communication & storytelling ability
* Customer-first approach with strong attention to detail
