Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries
- Coordinate with field technicians and assign jobs
- Maintain complaint records and daily reports
- Track invoices, expenses and vendor payments
- Follow up customers for service completion and feedback
- Assist in recruitment and office administration
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
- Ability to handle responsibility independently
- Comfortable speaking with customers and technicians
- Organized and disciplined approach to work
Preferred:
- Experience in customer support, operations, administration or coordination roles
- Age 24–35
- Married or settled locally
- B.Com, BBA, MBA or Graduate
- 2+ years office experience
- Customer service background
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
