Title– Team Leader (Insurance Sales)
Requirements:
- experience in Insurance/Tele-sales/BPO preferred
- TL experience preferred
- Strong team handling & target achievement skills
- Good communication & sales skills
- Knowledge of Excel/MIS preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage team performance & daily targets
- Monitor calls, conversions & productivity
- Coach agents and improve sales performance
- Handle escalations & ensure process compliance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
