Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with corporate clients as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective event and activation solutions.
- Collaborate with creative and operations teams to develop innovative concepts and proposals.
- Prepare costing sheets, project plans, and impactful client presentations.
- Lead client meetings and confidently present ideas, strategies, and execution plans.
- Ensure smooth execution of projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
What We're Looking For
✔ 3–4 years of experience in an Experiential Marketing Agency, Event Management Company, or Brand Activation Agency.
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✔ Strong command of PowerPoint, Excel, and costing preparation.
✔ Proven experience in handling corporate clients independently.
✔ Confident personality with strong stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to new projects.
✔ Candidates from reputed agencies/known industry players will be preferred.
