Overview:
We are looking for an in-house Workday Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Security, Integrations, and HCM, and exposure to Advanced Compensation (good to have).
The role will support global HR processes, system configuration, integrations, and ongoing enhancements across the Workday landscape.
This position requires close collaboration with HR COEs, IT, Integration teams, and external vendors, and is well-suited for candidates with AMS, implementation, or in-house Workday experience.

Responsibilities:
Mandatory Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Organizations, Business Processes, and Reporting

Design, implement, and support Workday Security, including:
-
Role-based, user-based, and intersection security groups
-
Domain and business process security policies
-
Security troubleshooting and audits
-
Build, support, and monitor Workday Integrations, including:
-
Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services
-
Inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems
-
Error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization
-
Support Business Process Framework configuration and troubleshooting across HCM and Compensation processes
-
Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions

Own post-production support and AMS coordination, including:
-
Incident and problem management
-
Enhancements and change requests
-
Regression testing and Workday release validation
-
Ensure compliance with data protection, audit, and security standards
-
Contribute to process standardization, automation, and reduction of manual effort across HR operations

Experience with Advanced Compensation, including:

Compensation plans, eligibility rules, guidelines, and calculations

One-Time Payments, Merit, Bonus, and Stock-based processes

Exposure to global rollouts, multi-country implementations, or large enterprise Workday tenants

Workday reporting experience (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports)

Experience working with external AMS or implementation partners

Workday Pro certification(s) is a strong plus
Qualifications:
Must Have

4+ years of hands-on Workday experience in an in-house or consulting environment

Workday Integrations and Security certification, with strong practical expertise in:

Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting Business Processes (BPF)

Solid understanding of the Workday data model, security framework, and integration architecture

Experience supporting post-production environments with a focus on stability and continuous improvement

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional stakeholders
