Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan products (Personal Loan / Business Loan / LAP)
- Explain product features and convert leads into applications
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure closure of leads
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and processing
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling / Loan Sales / BFSI
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of loan products / financial services preferred
- Target-driven with a sales-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working from office
