Role Summary:
Implement and configure AI solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure AI solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Integrate solutions with client systems via APIs and other methods.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and integration issues promptly.
- Provide product training, onboarding, and user documentation.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address client feedback.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation and support teams
- Monitor solution performance post-deployment and optimize configurations.
- Maintain clear project documentation and status updates.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Engineering/Tech
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and deployment processes.
- Interest in AI/ML and Familiarity with SaaS product setup and configuration.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
