We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The candidate should possess strong leadership, technical, and project management skills to coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from inception to handover.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per approved timelines.
- Supervise site engineers and subcontractors to maintain construction quality.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contracts.
- Control project costs, budgets, and material consumption.
- Conduct regular site inspections and review construction quality.
- Implement and monitor safety standards and statutory compliance at site.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.
- Coordinate procurement requirements with the purchase and store departments.
- Ensure timely billing certification, contractor measurements, and project documentation.
- Maintain project records, drawings, approvals, and handover documents.
- Report project status, milestones, and issues to senior management.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
