Role Overview
Sirena Technologies is looking for a Centre Head to serve as the primary interface between Sirena and University. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role you will be the face of Sirena on campus, responsible for building and sustaining the institutional relationship, managing day-to-day operations at the Centre, and ensuring everything runs smoothly between the university and Sirena HQ.
The right person for this role is someone who is equally comfortable in a boardroom with a Vice Chancellor and on the lab floor with a student. You are organised, proactive, and understand that relationships are built through consistency, not just enthusiasm.

- Location - Solan, Himachal Pradesh (Full-time on-site)
- Reporting To - Sirena Technologies HQ, Bengaluru
- Experience - 2–3 years in relationship management, institutional liaison, or B2B account management
- Compensation - Open commensurate with experience
- Preferred Background - Candidates from Himachal Pradesh or North India preferred
What You Will Do :
- Relationship Management
* Be the single point of contact between Sirena Technologies and University for all operational and strategic matters
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with key university stakeholders the VC, Pro-VC, HODs, faculty coordinators, and admin teams
* Proactively identify opportunities to deepen the partnership new programme expansions, student initiatives, faculty engagement, events
* Manage any friction or concerns from the university side with professionalism and speed escalate to HQ with full context before responding
- Operations & Reporting
* Oversee day-to-day functioning of the Sirena Centre on campus lab operations, trainer support, equipment availability, and student engagement
* Send a daily activity report to Sirena HQ covering: sessions run, student engagement, university interactions, any issues or opportunities arising
* Maintain a structured weekly summary for leadership review relationship health, operational status, pipeline of any new conversations
* Coordinate logistics for any Sirena visits, events, demos, or external stakeholder meetings on campus
* Ensure the Centre reflects Sirena's brand standards at all times in appearance, conduct, and communication
- Pipeline & Growth
* Identify and flag any conversations at University that could lead to programme expansion, new cohorts, or referrals to peer institutions
* Support Sirena's sales team with ground intelligence who's influential, what the university is planning, what conversations are happening
* Be the person who knows University well enough that Sirena can make good decisions about the partnership based on your inputs
What We're Looking For
- Must Have
* 2–3 years of experience in relationship management, account management, institutional coordination, or a client-facing B2B role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to build trust with senior stakeholders and junior students alike
* Highly organised with a strong reporting discipline daily logs, weekly summaries, and proactive escalation are non-negotiable
* Ownership mindset you treat the Centre as your responsibility, not a 9-to-5 posting
* Maturity and professionalism in navigating institutional environments universities have hierarchies, politics, and sensitivities that require finesse
- Good to Have
* Prior experience working with universities, colleges, or educational institutions
* Understanding of robotics, AI, or technology education you don't need to be technical but you need to be able to speak credibly about what Sirena does
* Experience in an EdTech, deep-tech, or innovation-driven organisation
* Existing network in the Himachal Pradesh or North India education ecosystem
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
