- Install, repair and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, and plumbing equipment.
- Carry out routine inspection of plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, and other defects.
- Attend plumbing complaints and emergency breakdowns promptly.
- Repair or replace damaged pipes, valves, taps, fittings, pumps, and other plumbing components.
- Ensure uninterrupted water supply and proper functioning of drainage and sewage systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance of plumbing systems as per the maintenance schedule.
- Maintain overhead tanks, underground tanks, water pumps, pipelines, and related accessories.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team and external contractors during repair and renovation works.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and materials used.
- Follow hospital safety policies, infection control practices, and statutory regulations while carrying out maintenance work.
- Ensure proper use and upkeep of plumbing tools and equipment.
- Report major repairs, recurring issues, and material requirements to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Support other maintenance activities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area after completion of maintenance work.
- Be available to attend emergency plumbing issues during on-call or after-duty hours, if required.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
